Job Summary
Group Home Worker responsible for creating a therapeutic and nurturing home environment for youth in a group home setting; duties include planning activities, engaging youth, forming therapeutic relationships with youth and families, mentoring youth, and promoting community integration; requires a High School Diploma or GED with an Associates Degree in Human Services preferred, TCI/First Aid-CPR certification, flexible availability including nights/weekends, valid driver’s license, and MS Office skills; training and orientation provided.
Required Qualifications
