Oversee a group home in Rock Island by supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring site cleanliness. Required Qualifications

Proof of High School Education
Valid driver's license in good standing
Appropriate auto insurance
Approval by the Agency's auto insurer for driving agency vehicles
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to kneel, bend, and move from standing to floor
Ability to stand/work on feet for 90% or more of the scheduled shift
Ability to sit periodically during the shift
Minimum of one year of direct service experience in human services
Ability to perform written documentation clearly, accurately, and completely
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the program's needs
Ability to be available to handle the home's needs
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities
Ability to cover shifts including evenings and weekends
Ability to provide 24-hour on-call coverage
Ability to carry a cell phone as assigned
Ability to perform DSP duties during absences, training, or emergencies
Ability to resolve urgent issues and support residents
Ability to supervise staff including training, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, and disciplining
