Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate Direct Support employees while managing operations of 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. Work closely with clinical staff to standardize procedures and expediting person-centered plans. Monitor interactions with supported individuals across all three shifts, providing feedback and serving as a positive role model. Conduct medication administration audits, resolve employee issues, and ensure staff meet training requirements. Monitor select budget items and provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation. Requires high school diploma, one year of experience with developmental disabilities, and ability to lift 70 lbs. Full-time regular role with benefits including PTO and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs.
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- NCI certification
- MedTech certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regularly required to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
- Must be able to pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
- Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Required to regularly stand and walk.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Desired Qualifications
