Job Summary
Entry-level Group-Home Staff role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Responsibilities include participating in activities, budgeting, meal preparation, shopping, mentoring individuals to learn new skills, helping with daily living, and promoting self-direction. Swing and graveyard shifts available to fit posted schedule; benefits include health insurance. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
