Job Summary
Coordinate staffing for multiple 24-hour residential homes by filling open shifts, responding to call-offs and emergencies, and maintaining schedules that meet minimum staffing requirements. Communicate professionally with supervisors, managers, and direct support staff while documenting changes and assisting with after-hours issues to ensure compliance. Work evenings and weekends with additional on-call support, requiring reliable internet and phone access. Maintain calm decision-making in fast-paced situations while ensuring quality care for individuals with disabilities within a mission-driven organization.
