Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting by supporting daily living skills, personal care, and medical needs. Follow individualized support and behavior plans while encouraging community involvement and social engagement. Complete routine overnight safety checks and work collaboratively as part of a compassionate team. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
