Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in daily living skills including personal care, meals, and routines. Support medical needs and appointments while following individualized support and behavior plans. Encourage community involvement and social engagement, and complete routine overnight safety checks for overnight staff. Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team to help people live safe, fulfilling lives. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
- Reliable
- Compassionate
- Motivated to make a difference
