Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in daily living skills including personal care, meals, and routines while supporting medical needs and appointments. Follow individualized support and behavior plans, encourage community involvement, and complete routine overnight safety checks for overnight staff. Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate team to build trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
