Job Summary
Supervise daily instruction and training for residents, covering activities of daily living, hygiene, and recreation while planning and documenting services. Provide effective communication to staff and families to maintain a consistent, home-like atmosphere and represent residents regarding medical needs. Train and supervise residential staff, manage schedules, and develop employee relations to address complaints and resolve conflicts. Participate in an on-call rotation with other supervisory staff. Requires 1-2 years of caregiver experience with supervisory skills and a degree in human services preferred.
