Job Summary
Group Home Manager responsible for supervising daily instruction and training to residents (activities of daily living, hygiene, recreation), planning and monitoring services, and maintaining documentation. Requires effective communication with staff and families to promote a home-like atmosphere, representing residents in medical needs, supervising facility upkeep, training and scheduling residential staff, developing positive employee relations, addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and participating in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
