Job Summary
Coordinate residential services to enhance community integration and supervision of assistant managers and staff. Implement and monitor individual treatment plans while maintaining appropriate staffing patterns to ensure program and individual needs are met. Provide direct support as needed to individuals receiving services and manage household and individual funds. Ensure all necessary documentation is correct and complete, adhering to agency policies and procedures. Arrange and run staff meetings, promoting cooperation and harmony within the program. Maintain quality of care standards in all aspects of the home.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting
- previous related supervisory experience
- 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Driving Record

- A college degree in a related field
