Group Health Sales & Relationship Manager

Job Summary
Relationship-focused sales leadership for Everence’s self-funded health programs and related benefit solutions. Drives growth through strategic engagement with faith-based organizations, including boards, CEOs, CFOs, and HR Directors, while positioning Everence’s value proposition across health and ancillary products (vision, dental, life, AD&D, disability). Develops and implements sales strategies, builds partnerships, educates clients and prospects, collaborates with marketing for materials, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve client concerns. Travel is required (approximately 30-40 overnights annually).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or relationship management
- Experience in health insurance or employee benefits preferred
- Life and Health Insurance License or eligibility to obtain
- Willingness to travel 30-40 overnights annually
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
