Group Head of Testing

Head of Testing responsible for leading test managers and driving the organisation's test strategy across multiple delivery streams. Focus on establishing a modern automated test strategy within a cloud-enabled DevOps environment, delivering high-quality releases, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Key duties include defining and overseeing testing approaches for major projects, leading the test engineering team, selecting and operationalising the right testing tools (e.g., Postman, AccelQ) and frameworks, and ensuring comprehensive testing coverage (functional, regression, load, performance, security, and persona-based testing). Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps, plus familiarity with Salesforce, nCino, or Thought Machine Vault is advantageous. Strong collaboration within cross-functional teams and a results-driven mindset are essential.
