Job Summary
Group Head of People Systems and Data overseeing the organisation’s HR technology ecosystem, responsible for strategy, design, and optimization of people platforms, data governance, analytics, and insights across the group. Lead HRIS/HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent) for multi-site/global operations, ensure data integrity, governance, security and regulatory compliance (GDPR and employment laws) across geographies, and drive automation to improve employee experience. Build workforce analytics capabilities, deliver dashboards and reporting to support evidence-based decisions, manage vendor relationships, partner with HR/IT/Finance to translate requirements into scalable solutions, and maintain a future-ready technology roadmap while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in HR, Information Systems, Business or related discipline; HR technology certification advantageous
