Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (gn)

Job Summary
Lead disciplinary IT team (6 people) and build the new Business Applications area; define strategy for Information Systems and Business Applications aligned with the CTO; manage a fully cloud-based in-house IT (Microsoft stack: Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure) including license management and budget; ensure compliance with IT security policies in line with ISO 27001 and data protection; coordinate IT projects, drive efficiency and AI-powered processes in-house IT; require strong leadership, recruiting, onboarding, and career development capabilities in a German and English-speaking environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role with disciplinary management responsibility for IT teams
- 6+ years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft services (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, MS CRM) including license management
- Deep knowledge of IT security concepts in ISO 27001 / information security
- Confident in contract and budget negotiations, with experience setting up and managing IT budgets
- Strong communication skills – towards the team as well as stakeholders; German at C-level (working language), English at least B2
