Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies supporting sales, development, construction, and corporate units. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for site personnel while overseeing performance management, learning, and succession planning. Manage HRIS systems, enforce labour law compliance, and drive employee engagement to strengthen retention. Oversee compensation structures, lead HR audits, and support leadership in organisational restructuring. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration, minimum 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in real estate or construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years HR leadership experience
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, labour regulations, and organisational development
- Demonstrated ability to manage multisite HR operations and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS, HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to lead culture-building initiatives, change management, and employee engagement programmes
