Group Head Affiliate

Job Summary
Group Head Affiliate will lead and scale affiliate marketing strategies across key client accounts within WPP Media. This role is responsible for driving performance growth through affiliate partnerships, publisher development, commercial negotiation, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management within an agency or digital performance environment. Responsibilities include developing full-funnel affiliate strategies, identifying growth opportunities across publishers/networks, onboarding and activating partners, managing performance tracking and attribution, conducting A/B testing on commission models and placements, leading client meetings and reporting, and mentoring Executives/Senior Executives in affiliate operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- 5-8 years years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Experience working in advertising/media agency environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with tracking tools, attribution models, and performance dashboards
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
