Job Summary
Group General Secretariat - Project Management Officer role focusing on governance, partnership life, and strategic agenda. Responsibilities include designing and delivering Group-wide communications to Partners, coordinating content for major Group-level events (e.g., Annual Business & Impact Awards, leadership gatherings), managing end-to-end project management (planning, content, logistics, stakeholders, follow-up), supporting the Group Executive Committee’s strategic planning and activity organization, maintaining dashboards and KPIs related to governance and strategy execution, contributing to General Assemblies and Annual Reports, and supporting external stakeholder initiatives. Requires 3 to 5 years of PMO experience, strong project management and communication skills, experience in consulting or transformation is advantageous, and fully bilingual English proficiency with excellent written communication. Skills emphasized include English fluency, PowerPoint/Word proficiency, organizational and planning abilities, stakeholder management, and an interest in events, governance, and international environments.
