Job Summary
Support end-to-end Group performance management by delivering modeling, reporting, and insight generation for core P&L analytics, external performance insights, and Stock-in-Trade (SIT) reporting. Advise stakeholders on reporting implications, perform system testing and validation, and independently assess exceptions to ensure accountability for reporting quality and consistency. Coordinate with Regional FP&A teams to consolidate inputs, validate key performance drivers, and deliver targeted analytics including shipment, depletions, and SIT analysis to strengthen decision support for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
- 6+ years of experience in Finance
- experience in FP&A / Performance management
- Very strong understanding of financial processes and systems
- Excellent financial modelling (Excel) skills, including complex spreadsheet models
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence- and form relationships with teams across business divisions and markets
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively target and tailor messages and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes
- Experience in a global/complex environment
