Group FP&A Manager

Coordinate and consolidate monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting across global business segments including tour operations, destination management companies, and cruise businesses. Provide end-to-end visibility of income statement performance through variance analysis and performance tracking while driving standardisation of FP&A processes and reporting frameworks. Develop robust financial models and scenario planning for long-range plans, monitor key cost drivers and margin performance, and support capital expenditure tracking aligned with strategic priorities. Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders and contribute to executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and transformation initiatives. This Group-level role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of travel businesses and senior stakeholders within an international environment.
