Job Summary
Lead high-energy F45 group workouts with clear instruction, movement corrections, and safety protocols for members of all fitness levels. Conduct in-person consultations with trial members, promote F45 services to drive membership growth and retention, and maintain a clean, organized studio environment through equipment setup and upkeep. Assist with member check-ins, inventory management, and daily social media content creation while collaborating with studio leadership to ensure smooth operations. Arrive early to prepare the studio and welcome members, maintaining a professional, positive, and team-focused attitude throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal or group fitness trainer
- Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Must hold or be actively obtaining a nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

- Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
