Job Summary
Deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts in an F45 studio; coach and motivate members through predefined workouts; conduct in-person goal-oriented consultations; correct exercise form to prevent injuries; promote and sell F45 services to support membership growth and retention; perform light service desk duties; set up and break down equipment; provide progressions/regressions for exercises; weekend availability required; must hold and maintain current nationally recognized fitness certifications and CPR/First Aid/AED; must be comfortable with public speaking and using social media for engagement; in-studio, on-foot role with energetic, customer-service oriented demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification - NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Group training certification
