Job Summary
Group Fitness Personal Trainer needed to deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts at a studio. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating members through predetermined workouts, conducting in-person goal-oriented consultations for trial members, correcting exercise form to prevent injuries, promoting and upselling F45 services to drive membership growth and retention, handling light service desk duties, demonstrating exercises with perfect form, providing regressions/progressions, and setting up/tearing down equipment before/after classes. Must be able to lead and instruct continuously, stay on feet, and engage with members. Requires Nationally accredited fitness certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and group training certification. Experience in an F45 environment preferred; minimum 1 year of personal training experience and weekend availability. Strong communication, customer service, social media proficiency (Instagram/Facebook), and ability to work in a fast-paced studio setting. Ability to motivate members, manage equipment, and maintain a professional, energetic presence are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Must be group training certified
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
- Experience in group training
- Available on weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs
