Job Summary
Deliver team-based, high-intensity training at the studio; coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts; conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members; correct exercise form to prevent injuries; promote and sell F45 services in studio and assist in membership growth and retention; light service desk responsibilities; demonstrate and complete every exercise with proper form; provide regressions and progressions for all exercises; set up, break down, and store equipment around the studio floor before and after classes; must be on their feet and actively instructing for the entirety of the workout; weekend availability; certifications required include CPR/First Aid/AED and group training certification; 1-year minimum experience as a fitness trainer; familiarity with HIIT and heart-rate focused training; strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency with social media (Instagram, Facebook).
