Job Summary
Lead safe, motivating, and high-energy Zumba Lift morning classes that build community and help participants reach their fitness goals. Deliver an exceptional member experience through strong rapport, maintaining cleanliness during and after sessions, and arriving with equipment, music, and enthusiasm. Complete required onboarding, stay current on class formats and programming, and embrace feedback from fitness leadership to continuously grow skills. Collaborate with club teams, participate in department meetings and promotional activities, and utilize communication tools to support member needs. Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and operate audio/visual equipment while adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification
- Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels
- Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
- Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
- Ability to lead and perform high-intensity workouts
Desired Qualifications
- TRX training certified
- Bilingual in Spanish
