Group Fitness Instructor - Zumba

Deliver Zumba and other high-intensity workout classes while maintaining Chuze cleanliness standards and adhering to licensing requirements. Build rapport with members through consistent coaching schedules, safe sessions, and regular check-ins with the Fitness Manager. Complete onboarding training, maintain current credentials, and utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for department updates. Attend scheduled meetings and promotional events to drive participation. This role includes a pay range of $24.42-30.52/hour, full-time employment with a complementary membership, and requires physical stamina for leading workouts and lifting up to 50lbs.
