Job Summary
Lead safe, motivating, and high-energy strength, bootcamp, and HIIT classes that build community and help participants reach fitness goals at all levels. Deliver an exceptional member experience through a consistent schedule, strong rapport, maintaining cleanliness, and arriving with equipment, music, and enthusiasm. Cultivate camaraderie by catering to individual needs in a dynamic environment while delivering safe, effective workouts. Complete required onboarding, stay current on class formats and industry trends, and embrace feedback from fitness leadership to continuously grow skills. Collaborate with club teams, participate in department meetings and promotional activities, and utilize communication tools to support member needs and strengthen the fitness community.
Required Qualifications
- Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification
- Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels
- Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
- Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
- Ability to lead and perform high-intensity workouts
- Strength Training (Early Mornings 5AM, 6AM 7AM.)
Desired Qualifications
- TRX training certified
- Bilingual in Spanish
