Job Summary
Lead fun, engaging group fitness classes and deliver high-quality instruction with proper technique and safety. Create a welcoming environment for participants of all fitness levels, motivate members to achieve their goals, and build a positive, community-focused atmosphere. Learn and effectively coach three signature training formats while promoting member retention through engagement and encouragement. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes, with opportunities to provide personal training services. Schedule offers flexible, part-time hours with evening availability; compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. Complimentary gym membership and opportunities for career growth are included.
