Job Summary
Lead safe, fun group fitness classes at Crunch Fitness locations, delivering high-energy workouts across multiple programs (Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT / Bootcamp, Dance Fitness). Requires CPR certification and a nationally accredited GFI certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) or valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates certification. Responsibilities include teaching classes that accommodate all fitness levels, keeping certifications up-to-date, embodying the Crunch vibe, greeting members, collaborating with teammates, and attending trainings. Must be willing to travel between multiple locations to support class needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CPR Certification (safety first!)
- Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred)
- OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
- A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
- The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations
- Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
- Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
- Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date

Desired Qualifications
