Job Summary
Lead pre-designed workouts in a fast-paced group fitness setting, motivating members through heart-rate focused training while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Multitask to deliver high-quality experiences to all participants and collaborate with the sales team to guide new members through their first session. Demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout and help members set and achieve their fitness goals. Requires Group Fitness and/or Personal Trainer certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid. This role supports Orangetheory's mission to spread More Life to the community within a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- High-energy individual
- Passion for motivating those on their fitness journey
- Love to help others overcome challenges and crush goals
- Understanding of the science behind workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training programs
- Awareness of what the competition is doing
- Ability to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Team player mindset
- 8-12+ hours a week of coaching availability
