Job Summary
Instruct challenging and enthusiastic group fitness classes for members of all levels while ensuring training methods conform to standardized Club practices. Provide exceptional programs and service to meet diverse client needs, building relationships with new and existing members. Deliver reliable instruction by starting and ending classes on time, maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. Proactively seek feedback from participants and share it with management to continuously improve the program. This role supports Movati Athletic's goal of being North America's premiere affordable luxury fitness brand, offering a competitive wage of $35.00 - $70.00/hour based on experience and skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years related Group Fitness instruction experience
- Successful completion of a nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications to teach specialized classes, special populations, and adapted fitness
- Successful completion of additional health and nutrition certification programs
