Job Summary
Instruct challenging and enthusiastic group fitness classes for members of all levels while ensuring training methods conform to standardized Club practices. Deliver exceptional programs and service to meet diverse client needs, building and sustaining relationships with new and existing members. Maintain reliable class coverage by ensuring sessions start and end on time, creating a fun and welcoming environment. Proactively seek feedback from participants and share constructive insights with management to continuously improve the program. Work Saturday and Sunday mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ years related Group Fitness instruction experience
- Successful completion of a nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications to teach specialized classes, special populations, and adapted fitness
- Successful completion of additional health and nutrition certification programs
