Job Summary
Instruct safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining all mandatory education certifications. Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures, club/facility policies, and the Employee Handbook. Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager, demonstrating knowledge of the Elite brand and model behavior. Maintain a professional disposition at all times. Ensure strong customer service and verbal communication skills are applied during class delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain valid CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM
- Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification
- Zumba Certified
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication
