Job Summary
Lead group fitness instruction for Cycle, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, and Strength classes by arriving early, greeting members, and demonstrating proper techniques with individual modifications. Manage class logistics by taking attendance, logging records by end of day, and ensuring the studio remains organized. Provide modifications to suit member needs while maintaining a positive, professional attitude throughout the session. Requires Group Exercise, CPR, and specialty certifications along with six months of teaching experience. Required Qualifications
- Group Exercise Certification
- CPR Certification
- Six months with certification and six months teaching
- Ability to demonstrate safe exercise techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Arrive for class at least 5 minutes (10 minutes preferred) before scheduled start of class
- Specialty Certifications (Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aquatics, etc)
- Six months (preferred) with certification and six months teaching
