Job Summary
Instruct challenging and enthusiastic group fitness classes for members of all levels while ensuring training methods conform to standardized Club practices. Deliver exceptional programs and service to meet diverse client needs, building and sustaining relationships with new and existing members. Maintain reliable class instruction by ensuring sessions start and end on time, providing a fun and welcoming environment for everyone. Proactively seek positive and constructive feedback from participants to share with management and continuously improve the program. This role reports directly to the Group Fitness Manager, with compensation ranging from $35.00 to $70.00 per hour based on experience and skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years related Group Fitness instruction experience
- Successful completion of a nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications to teach specialized classes, special populations, and adapted fitness
- Successful completion of additional health and nutrition certification programs
