Job Summary
Instruct a variety of group exercise classes for Crunch Fitness members and guests while demonstrating high energy and a supportive rapport. Maintain mandatory education certifications, CPR/AED certification, and all required fitness equipment knowledge. Keep training rooms clean and organized, and follow all club policies, procedures, and instructor sign-in/sign-out protocols. Actively promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs, and attend all required club and team meetings. Execute other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong member service skills
- Good verbal communication
- Employment Eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred)
- Valid Yoga or Pilates certifications
