Job Summary
The Group Fitness Instructor at Undefeated Tribe leads motivational group fitness classes, ensuring members achieve their fitness goals while providing an exceptional class experience. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, engaging in communication through emails and ZOOM meetings, and participating in staff training. Required certifications include a nationally accredited group fitness certification and CPR/AED certification, while strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The role also requires physical ability to manage class demands.
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required
- CPR/AED certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to provide a high energy class environment
