Job Summary
Deliver safe and effective instruction during all Crunch group fitness classes, primarily conducting Crunch sessions while engaging with the member base to build culture and connection. Respond with care to member issues, assist with tracking class attendance, and participate in weekly emails, monthly Zooms, and quarterly staff meetings for training and new class rollouts. Engage with the instructor portal and social media for brand updates and promotions. Maintain a high-energy environment and support the gym-level team under the Group Fitness Coordinator. CPR/AED certification required within 30 days; nationally accredited certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching classes for members of all levels
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to provide a high energy class environment
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Able to lift 45 lbs on occasion
- Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
- Able to climb and hang decorations when needed
Desired Qualifications
- AFAA certification
- ACE certification
- NASM certification
