Job Summary
Instruct a variety of group exercise classes for Crunch Fitness members and guests while maintaining high energy and a supportive rapport. Demonstrate knowledge of fitness equipment, exercises, and the Crunch brand model, and actively promote other group fitness programs and personal training. Maintain mandatory education certifications, CPR/AED certification, and all club/facility policies, including sign-in/sign-out procedures and room cleanliness. Attend required team meetings and execute other duties as assigned. Earn $22/hr with a wage bump.
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong member service skills
- Good verbal communication
- Employment Eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred)
- Valid Yoga or Pilates certifications
