Job Summary
Deliver safe and effective instruction during all Crunch group fitness classes, engaging members to build culture and community while helping them achieve their goals. Respond with care to member issues concerning class experiences and assist with accurately tracking attendance numbers. Participate in weekly emails, monthly Zooms, and quarterly staff meetings for training and new class rollouts. Engage with the instructor portal and social media for brand promotions and updates. Maintain high energy throughout the gym environment while adhering to physical requirements for lifting, bending, and squatting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching classes for members of all levels
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to provide a high energy class environment
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 45 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend and squat with frequency
- Ability to climb and hang decorations
Desired Qualifications
- AFAA certification
- ACE certification
- NASM certification
