Job Summary
Lead the Group Fitness program by managing class schedules, instructor rosters, and training operations while maintaining clean facilities and promoting a welcoming environment. Resolve member complaints, recruit and manage the instructor team, and distribute schedules to ensure full class coverage. Teach actively on the GF and SGT schedule, evaluate participation data, and facilitate new programming initiatives. Supervise group fitness marketing, participate in social media distribution, and ensure the Group Fitness and HIIT areas meet safety and cleanliness standards using daily checklists. Submit payroll information and cross-promote personal training services to drive program success.
