Group Financial Controller (PLC)

Job Summary
Lead the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local standards. Oversee quarterly and annual closing activities across multiple subsidiaries, perform variance analysis against budgets, and manage intercompany reconciliations. Drive the group's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, including support for M&A and corporate finance initiatives. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, prepare board-level financial reports, and coordinate external audit processes. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA/CPA qualification, and minimum 10 years of experience with 3-5 years in a senior controller role.
