Job Summary
Conduct group accounting for the Swiss entity and consolidate financial statements across all group companies. Ensure timely monthly and annual closings while delivering insightful reporting on financial key figures. Lead cost and profit center accounting, manage intercompany reconciliations, and develop SAP FI/CO processes with stakeholders. Oversee the finance team, fostering professional development of your employees. Analyze financial metrics to prepare decision-making foundations for the executive management.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- sehr gute SAP FI/CO-Kenntnisse
- hohe IT- und Systemaffinität
- fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Abschlusserstellung und Konsolidierung
- erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung eines Finance-Teams
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Gesellschaften, externen Treuhändern sowie Revisionsstellen
- eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
