Job Summary
Group Financial Controller responsible for managing the group’s financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls and accounting operations; leads ad hoc financial reporting and projects to automate and upgrade systems, ensures IFRS/GAAP and statutory compliance, and provides strategic financial insights to senior management. Requires ten+ years’ experience post-qualifying with Big 4 or equivalent, leadership of multinational finance teams, and strong proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), advanced Excel/financial modeling, and experience with IFRS/US/Swedish/UK GAAP. Role includes coordinating reporting across subsidiaries, leading external/internal audits, tax/compliance support, and driving improvements in consolidation processes and systems, with a view to supporting growth, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification - ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
