Job Summary
Oversee comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance operations for The Evolv Collection portfolio, managing the maintenance team and ensuring optimum running of all sites. Implement and execute PPM plans, supervise group contracts and supplier databases, and oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets while meeting set targets. Lead health and safety standards and statutory compliance across the group, providing high-level technical support during emergency situations. Collaborate with the development and design team on new openings and refurbishment schemes. This office-based role requires HNC/HND vocational qualifications, NEBOSH/CIEH certification, and prior hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- HNC/HND Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent i.e. Mechanical or Electrical or relevant experience
- NEBOSH/CIEH Health & Safety Qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in the Hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant Health & Safety experience including the implementation and managing of Health & Safety standards
- Good commercial and financial awareness
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including report writing to enable non-technical colleagues to understand complicated technical issues
- Strong negotiating skills with suppliers and contractors to enable positive outcomes
