Job Summary
The Group Facilitator is responsible for running weekly group sessions that emphasize healthy lifestyles and positive behaviors in various settings. The role requires experience with group intervention for young people and the ability to connect with youth and families from diverse backgrounds. The facilitator will collaborate with program directors to meet participant needs through appropriate curriculum. Required skills include effective group management, strong communication abilities, conflict resolution skills, and it is preferred that candidates are bi-lingual in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field
- Experience in group facilitation or a similar role
- Experience working in or related to selected instructional topics

- Creative and resourceful approach to planning and conducting group activities
- Knowledge of group dynamics and techniques for fostering participation
