Job Summary
Group Facilitator- PRN role within a Live-Clinical Per Diem program for adolescents (12–17) in a Joint Commission-accredited residential setting. Facilitate DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed group therapy; lead psychoeducational, skills-based, and process groups; manage group dynamics and maintain a safe therapeutic environment; complete group notes and clinical documentation per program standards; coordinate with the Clinical Director and residential therapists on group content; respond appropriately to crisis situations. Requires an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD) and a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field. Schedule is flexible with weekday, evening, and weekend options; per diem shifts matched to open slots; no minimum hour requirements. All positions require a LiveScan background check and Equal Opportunity Employer statement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT
- Active California license in good standing: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups in a clinical setting
- Competency in at least one evidence-based modality (DBT, CBT, ACT, or trauma-focused)
- Familiarity with adolescent development, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care
