Job Summary
Per Diem Group Facilitator for teenagers (12–17) in a residential treatment program. Facilitate DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed group therapy sessions; lead psychoeducational and skills-based groups; manage group dynamics and maintain a safe therapeutic environment; complete group notes and clinical documentation; coordinate with clinical leadership; LiveScan background check required; available for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts; licensed clinicians with CA credentials (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PhD/PsyD) encouraged to apply; per diem, flexible scheduling with open shifts based on needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT
- Active California license in good standing: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups in a clinical setting
- Competency in at least one evidence-based modality (DBT, CBT, ACT, or trauma-focused)
- Familiarity with adolescent development, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care
