Group Facilitator - Outpatient Services

Facilitate 10-12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on topics including Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) for adult sexual offenders and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided and attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned. Full-time hours available, including traditional Monday through Friday schedules or 4-10 shifts Monday through Thursday. SAGE Counseling offers company-paid medical plans, paid holidays, PTO on day-one, and annual merit-based compensation increases. All equipment is provided, and clinicians are assigned to offices in the Phx Metro area closest to home.
