Job Summary
Lead therapeutic groups within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program while implementing individualized treatment plans for consumers. Provide compassionate, person-centered care by addressing client needs with professionalism and empathy, ensuring adherence to agency policies and professional standards. Serve as the primary point of support to foster a safe therapeutic space, manage crisis situations, and assist with discharge planning and care coordination. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate consistently with clinical and administrative staff, and participate in team meetings. Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at an acute care setting in Oakland, reporting to the Clinical Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending and reaching

- Mental health experience
- Strong ability to multitask, self-motivate, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
